Your feedback is invaluable to us and we want to hear your thoughts on how we can make Zuora better. Please share your ideas, explaining why they are beneficial and who they would help. The more details you provide, the better we can understand and potentially implement your suggestions.

TIPS FOR WRITING A GREAT IDEA

1. Use a meaningful title and tag the appropriate product category.
2. Describe the improvement and what problem it will solve. If the idea is implemented, how would you use it?  What would happen if there's no immediate solution?
3. Share your idea's benefits which could include additional revenue brought in, hours of time or costs saved every month, etc.
4. Tell us about your current solution (if any) and why it's not viable.  Describe what you have to do today and how much time you are spending on your workaround.
5. Highlight any other requirements including reporting needs, access/control needs, and integration/API needs.

1. Submitted - These ideas are ones that have not yet been categorized.
2. In Review - The product team needs further investigating for it to progress.
3. Planned - Ideas have been reviewed and accepted and are currently waiting to be scheduled for development within the next 1-2 fiscal years.
4. In Development - Our product and engineering teams are actively working on the idea’s development.
5. Delivered - The idea has already been developed and you can begin using this feature.
6. Not Planned - The idea is not on the short-term product roadmap.
7. Duplicate - This idea is similar to one that has already been accepted.
8. Legacy - Ideas that have received no update in 2 calendar years. These ideas can still be viewed, commented upon, upvoted and have its status updated to any of the above.

6. Integrations & Extensibility - Workflow, Custom Objects, Integration Hub, Dev Tools
7. Metering & Rating - Metering, Mediation, Rating, Togai
8. Orders & Subscriptions 
9. Payments - Payment Gateways, Payment Methods, Retry Logic, Hpm, Fraud Protection
